Sejm pracuje nad nowelizacją tzw. ustawy podwyżkowej, na mocy której w ubiegłym roku pracownicy służby zdrowia otrzymali ok. 30-procentowe podwyżki. Ustawa pominęła niektóre grupy pracowników medycznych. Posłowie muszą teraz załatać tę dziurę.
Zakres ustawy nie obejmuje lekarzy, pielęgniarek i przedstawicieli zawodów medycznych, którzy pracują dla zakładów opieki zdrowotnej na zasadzie podwykonawstwa. Właściciele prywatnych ZOZ-ów, którzy udzielają świadczeń zdrowotnych również nie otrzymali podwyżek. Do grupy, która nie otrzymała dodatkowych wynagrodzeń należą także lekarze stażyści i rezydenci, których pensje pochodzą z budżetu państwa, nie z NFZ.
W środę wszystkie kluby parlamentarne wyraziły zgodę na przyjęcie ustawy nowelizacyjnej. Sejmowa Komisja Zdrowia przedstawiła sprawozdanie w tej kwestii. Projekt skierowano do dalszych prac w komisji.
W minionym roku na podwyżki przeznaczono 4,5 mld zł. Przedstawiciele NFZ uspokajali w trakcie prac Komisji, że ta kwota obejmowała także grupy pracowników, którzy ostatecznie nie dostali podwyżek, zatem pieniądze wciąż na nich czekają na kontach szpitali.
